How did you spend your first day of the new year? I (late) started the day with a mini shoot for my bro while he's in town. My niece and nephew, Rachel and Matt, are such cuties. I love their smiles!
I was reminded today about what I love about Photography. Photos are so much a part of our life that we sometimes take for granted how incredibly amazing photography is - "drawing with light". That we can take a moment and keep a tangible image of it, not just what is etched in our memory.
With that, I am happy to have started the year already keeping souvenirs of moments, and looking forward to more marvelous ones in 2011!
